Agreement

By accessing or using the My360Tribe website (https://360tribe.org) (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Purpose of the Site

The Site provides information about My360Tribe's mission, membership model, programs, team, and events. Nothing on the Site is intended as medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that disrupts its operation.
  • Submit false, misleading, or abusive information through our forms.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, related systems, or the information of other users.
  • Harvest, scrape, or copy Site content or the identities of members, operators, or team members for marketing, solicitation, or harassment.

Intellectual property

Site content — including copy, layout, brand marks, and logomark — is owned by My360Tribe or its licensors. Military unit insignia and government-created imagery are public domain works of the U.S. federal government (17 U.S.C. § 105) and are used here to honor our members and advisors.

Third-party links

The Site may link to external resources (LinkedIn profiles, partner sites, etc.). We don't control those destinations and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My360Tribe will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
