People

Meet the My360Tribe team.

A coalition of operators, founders, and advisors committed to the mission of the next chapter.

My360Tribe is led by a coalition of people who have lived the transition our members are walking through now — Special Operations veterans, trusted civilian professionals, and longtime supporters of the SOF community. Every seat is filled with someone who earned it through either direct service or a decade-plus of sustained work alongside the community. This is not a board of donors or a board of names on a letterhead; it is a working team that carries weight for the people we serve.

Our Executive Board sets strategy, oversees governance, and stewards the organization's mission and finances. Our Advisory Team brings branch-specific operational experience — Army Rangers and Special Forces, Navy SEALs and EOD, Marine Raiders, and Air Force Special Operations — so every recommendation we make is grounded in the realities of the people we serve. Every advisor is an active voice in how we design programs, vet Service Partners, and measure whether our work is actually moving the needle for operators and their families.

How this team is built

We staff for lived experience first. Operator seats are held by veterans who served in U.S. Special Operations units across the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force. Non-operator seats go to people with a sustained record of showing up for the community — spouses, founders, clinicians, and civilian leaders who have walked alongside operators through multiple transitions. Every member has earned their place through either the uniform they wore or the decade of sustained work they have invested in this community, and every name on this page is accountable to the people we serve.

What this team does

Beyond governance, the board and advisory team review the programs that power our membership — concierge matching, peer mentorship, resource vetting, and event design. Every recommendation is stress-tested against real operator experience before it reaches a member, because a well-intended resource that misses the mark costs time our people do not have to spare. We treat every program, partnership, and referral as a promise to a teammate, and we measure our work by whether operators and their families come out of a transition stronger than they went in.

How to engage this team

Members of the team respond personally to every inquiry that comes through our secure intake form. If you would like to propose a partnership, nominate a future advisor, offer a resource to our network, or share feedback on a program, please route your note through Contact or Get Involved and a member of the team will follow up directly. We review every submission by hand, so the more context you can share up front — your connection to the community, what you need, and any deadlines — the faster we can route you to the right seat at the table.
