Membership at My360Tribe is earned, not purchased. We built it that way on purpose — the trust that makes peer support work in the Special Operations community only exists between people who have shared its standards, its costs, or its weight.

The four roles below describe how someone contributes to the tribe. Operators are the members we exist to serve. Concierges are the first trusted handoff — typically former operators or long-serving community professionals who match each new member to the right Peer Ambassador. Peer Ambassadors are SOF Operators out for more than a year who walk alongside the newly transitioning. Service Partners are the vetted organizations and professionals who deliver the expertise — medical, legal, financial, career — behind 360-Warrior Care.

Operator
We serve U.S. Special Operations members who were assessed, selected, trained, qualified, and served honorably as Operators within the Army, Air Force, Marine, Navy, or Joint Special Operations Commands.

Concierge
Are you passionate about supporting Operators in transition? Have you already made the transition yourself and want to give back to the community? Apply to serve as a Concierge — the first trusted point of contact for every new member.

Peer Ambassador
Are you a SOF Operator who has been out for more than a year and want to support a newly transitioning Operator? Apply to serve as a Peer Ambassador and provide the kind of mentorship only a peer can give.
