We do not publish direct email addresses because the people we serve deserve a reliable front door — not a gauntlet of unmonitored mailboxes.
What happens next
A real person on the team reviews every submission and replies directly — never an autoresponder. Most inquiries receive a response within a few business days, and time-sensitive press or partnership requests are routed the same day they arrive.
