Who we are

My360Tribe ("we," "us") is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. This policy covers our website (https://360tribe.org) and any inquiries submitted through it.

What we collect

We only collect information you voluntarily submit through our contact form: your name, email address, the role or reason you selected, and the message text. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not place cookies beyond what's strictly necessary to serve the site.

Basic server logs may be retained by our hosting provider for security and reliability purposes; those logs typically include IP address, user agent, and request timestamps. We do not correlate server logs with submissions.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and, where applicable, evaluate membership eligibility.
• To coordinate peer matching and program delivery for approved members.
• To keep a simple record of the conversation so our team can follow up consistently.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing. We may share limited information with vetted Service Partners only when a member has asked us to make an introduction.

How we protect it

Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored by our hosting provider with industry-standard access controls. Only authorized members of our team can view submissions. We retain records for as long as reasonably needed to serve you or to meet legal and nonprofit recordkeeping requirements.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or ask us to delete it. Submit any of those requests through our contact form and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
